Our Impact
2025 Annual Outcomes Report
At Crossroads of Southern Nevada, we are committed to delivering compassionate, comprehensive, and results-driven substance use disorder treatment. Through our continuum of care, including medical detoxification, residential treatment, outpatient services, and supportive housing, we help individuals build a foundation for lasting recovery.
During calendar year 2025 (January 1–December 31), Crossroads recorded 7,277 treatment episodes and achieved an overall weighted completion rate of 53.6% across our programs.
These outcomes reflect our dedication to providing accessible, individualized care while addressing the complex challenges many individuals face, including housing instability, co-occurring mental health conditions, and other barriers to recovery.
Our success is measured not only by treatment completion but also by our ability to engage individuals in care, promote stability, and create meaningful pathways toward long-term recovery.
Life After Crossroads
Through our monthly recovery check-ins, Crossroads clients and alumni tell us how they are doing after treatment. Between March 10 and June 30, 2026 (132 check-ins from 44 clients):
- 84% had been homeless before Crossroads. Today, 95% are housed, most in sober living.
- 98% have a state ID, 97% a phone, and 75% a primary doctor.
- 41% have gained employment, and 50% have a bank account.
- 92% report no relapse since completing programming.
