At Crossroads of Southern Nevada, our commitment to recovery extends beyond inpatient treatment. Of the 8,630 clients served, 5,930 transitioned into continued programming, representing approximately 68.7%. This reflects our dedication to continuity of care, individualized treatment planning, and helping individuals maintain progress as they move toward long-term recovery and stability.

At Crossroads of Southern Nevada, we believe stable housing is a critical foundation for lasting recovery. Since the program’s inception, our housing services have supported 3,580 individuals, with 46% successfully completing the program and 68% securing safe living arrangements.
In 2025 alone, 1,214 clients were served without leaving against program expectations (AWOL), and 66% achieved safe housing transitions. These outcomes reflect our commitment to providing a structured, supportive environment that promotes independence, personal growth, and long-term recovery stability.

Through our comprehensive case management services and community partnerships, we help connect individuals to essential healthcare resources, including 1,890 psychiatric care connections, 1,608 primary care connections, 1,542 vision care connections, and 326 dental care connections.
By removing barriers to healthcare access and promoting continuity of care, we empower individuals to improve their overall well-being, strengthen their recovery, and build a healthier, more stable future.
Vital Documents
At Crossroads of Southern Nevada, we understand that access to vital identification documents is an essential step toward stability, independence, and long-term recovery. Through our dedicated case management services, we assist individuals in obtaining birth certificates, Social Security cards, and state-issued identification.
Our efforts have helped secure 469 birth certificates, 383 Social Security cards, and 469 state IDs, helping individuals overcome barriers to employment, housing, healthcare, and essential community resources. By addressing these fundamental needs, we empower individuals to rebuild their lives and create a stronger foundation for lasting success.
