2026 Successful Dispositions After Inpatient Care
At Crossroads of Southern Nevada, our commitment to recovery extends beyond medical detoxification and residential treatment. We recognize that successful transitions into continued treatment, structured housing, and recovery-supportive environments are essential to helping individuals maintain stability and build healthier futures.
Throughout 2026, Crossroads documented hundreds of transitions from inpatient services into transitional housing, residential treatment, recovery programs, and community-based support services. These connections reflect our dedication to individualized discharge planning, strong community partnerships, and continuity of care.
