Sindy was born in Guatemala and moved to the US when she was a year old. Sindy is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English. She is a proud mother of Emma, Jackson, Charlie (furry German Shepherd) and wife of 8 years. While not at work, she enjoys fitness activities and baking. Sindy has been with CrossRoads since the day we opened our doors. She began as our Front Desk/Triage Supervisor and has risen through the ranks to Director of Operations. She is a caring, conscientious leader that is directly responsible for Front desk, Mental Health Technicians as well as Administration for both Shadow Lane and Charleston facilities. Her scope includes on-boarding new hires, accessing appropriate client placement and overseeing/coordinating of general day to day operations for both campuses.
