Ryan Tucker brings a wealth of  personal and professional experience to his role as Supervising Mental Health Technician. Coming from a background of homelessness and addiction, Ryan fouund a way out and is living in long term recovery. Helping people is his passion and purpose in life . Through a long career in the field of recovery, Ryan fulfills a promise to himself of dedicating his life’s work  to help guide others out of the darkness, finding a new way to live . It is through his passion, experience and dedication to the service of others that Ryan has made an immediate impact on those that CrossRoads of Southern Nevada so proudly serves. Married with five beautiful kids, Ryan’s  house can be quite a wild place sometimes . When not at work, the entire family loves to volunteer at the animal shelters or feeding the homeless, to always remain humble and grateful for their family and the life they have . Outdoors, off-roading, and camping are some of their favorite things to enjoy while staying active and living their best lives. Ryan is a true inspiration to our clients and fellow team members and reports that over everything recovery comes first  – because without recovery he would not have any of the things he enjoys doing. Upon meeting Ryan, it is clear to see that he has  commited his life to helping other addicts and alcoholics find a way out
