Joseph Shellmire is The Executive Chef at Crossroads of Southern Nevada. He currently holds his bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts. As Executive Chef, he manages the day-to-day operations of the main kitchen and ensures the best quality products are used throughout the facility. Joseph takes pride in the menu development and creating a diverse variety in food options. Joseph is committed to excelling with his unique services and techniques he has to offer. His experience in the culinary industry is a great fit for crossroads and the many different clients that we serve. He thrives to inspire through food and expressing himself through meal preparation.
