Facilities Director, Daniel Gramas, oversees all CrossRoads of Southern Nevada properties with a rich background of experience and knowledge and strong dedication to the team, clientele and mission of CrossRoads. Hailing from the East Coast, by way of Texas, Daniel has made Las Vegas his home for the past 12 years. He is an ASE Certified mechanic and honed his craft in various roles including building custom motorcycles and directing an industrial plants and fleet services. In addition, Daniel designed, fabricated and built custom food trucks and coaches for three years. In his role at CrossRoads, Daniel also oversees the maintenance and housekeeping staffs, maintains vendor relations, and plays an invaluable role in all facility licensing inspections. While not at work Dan enjoys developing his urban micro farm.
